Karsyn Connors

Karsyn has a myriad of experience working inpatient within the severe mental illness populatioms as well as outpatient for teens and adolescents with mental health issues including depression, suicide ideation and self harm.

Following graduation, she has been working as a mobile crisis responder, working with children in the community who are experiencing severe mental health stressors.

She works well with people navigating phase of life stressors, complex trauma, as well as anxiety and depression management. She enjoys goal oriented work and is dedicated to helping you succeed in whatever that looks like to you. She has experience with both psychotic disorders and mood disorders.

Karsyn received her BA in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University. She graduated with a Master of Social Work from the University of Washington. In October 2025 she was granted her Licensed Independent Associate Clinical Social Worker license in the state of Washington.

Karsyn sees ages 14 and up in Washington State via telehealth but can offer in person sessions in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle on weekends.

Karsyn offers in person or virtual EMDR.

Karsyn is in network with Aetna, Cigna, First Choice, Kaiser, Pacific Source, Premera, and Regence.
